Humanscale Corporation, a company that provides furniture and office products to the federal government, has agreed to pay $9 Million Dollars to settle a qui tam action filed by a former employee, Gerald Rademacher. The allegations of the suit were that Humanscale failed to provide accurate pricing information and information about discounts, to the government, when negotiating one or more sales to the government.

As part of the settlement, Mr. Rademacher will receive over $1.5 Million Dollars for having filed the case.
